Preparation with butter & eggAdd:For a springform pan: 1 bag of baking mix (250 g),3 eggs, 125 g soft butter, approx. 500 g (peeled) apples, cut into quartersFor a cake tin: 2 bags of baking mix (500 g),6 eggs, 250 g soft butter, approx. 1000 g (peeled) apples,cut into quartersVegan preparationAdd:For a springform pan: 1 bag of baking mix (250 g),50 g margarine, 100 g soy yogurt, 100 g apple pureeand approx. 500 g (peeled) apples, cut into quartersFor a cake tin: 2 bags of baking mix (500 g),100 g margarine, 200 g soy yoghurt, 200 g apple puree,approx. 1000 g (peeled) apples, cut into quarters1.) To prepare, peel and cut the apples into quarters, grease the springform pan (25 cm) or cake tin and preheat the oven.2.) Mix the baking mixture with the ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer to form a creamy mixture. Pour the batter into the greased springform pan or onto the greased baking tray.3.) Then cut the apple quarters lengthwise on the surface and spread them evenly over the batter.4.) Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for approx. 45 minutes.
