Tannen-Rauchsalz Mühle

Herbaria fir smoked salt is a coarse sea salt from a nature reserve in Spain. It is cold-smoked in the Black Forest style over fir and beech wood from sustainable forestry and juniper berries from certified organic wild harvesting. Thanks to its naturally intense smoky aroma, this smoked salt is ideal as a steak or barbecue salt, as a hearty flavoring for vegetarian and vegan dishes and as a natural smoky flavoring for BBQ marinades, sauces, stews or egg dishes. The salt can be freshly ground directly over the dish in the mill at any time.
