OUR ORGANIC LUTZ VEGETABLE VARIATIONS are organic right down to the root. Because we only put the best in the jar for you: vegetables, spices and vinegar from controlled organic cultivation - by hand and in the finest manufacturing quality. The secret of the spicy fresh taste lies in the careful processing and the fully ripe vegetables. They are allowed to hide in the fertile soil or stretch out towards the sun until they are perfectly ripe. This allows them to develop their characteristic taste, which we enhance with selected spices and preserve through gentle pasteurization. This preserves all the valuable vitamins and nutrients. Flavor enhancers, preservatives or other additives have absolutely no place in our vegetable variations.
