Kokosöl nativ
In Sri Lanka, coconuts are still processed by hand in the traditional way: from removing the thick green fibrous husk, to breaking open the hard shell and peeling off the thin brown skin. The native bioladen*coconut oil is gently pressed from the grated and dried coconut flesh (first cold pressing) and gives dishes a fine coconut flavor. Solid at room temperature up to 25°C. Becomes liquid when heated slightly in a water bath. Ideal for frying and baking.
