Bifun Rice Noodles, Reisnudeln
Noodle variety in a hurry - the fine, white organic Bifun rice noodles can be used as a soup garnish, in quick wok dishes, in spicy vegetable stir-fries and exotic salads with a Far Eastern flavor. The rice noodles are gluten-free and vegan.
Place the pasta in a bowl, pour over the boiling water, loosen slightly and leave to stand, covered, for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Ideal for wok and stir-fry dishes. OR: Bring plenty of water to the boil, add the noodles, loosen, boil for 1-2 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water.
