Bifun Rice Noodles, Reisnudeln
Noodle variety in a hurry - the fine, white organic Bifun rice noodles can be used as a soup garnish, in quick wok dishes, in spicy vegetable stir-fries and exotic salads with a Far Eastern flavor. The rice noodles are gluten-free and vegan.
Preparation: Bring plenty of water to the boil. Add the bifun, loosen slightly and boil for 3 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Drain and use immediately. OR pour boiling water over the pasta, fluff with a fork, cover and leave to stand for 5 mins. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water. For further processing in woks and stir-fries, reduce the cooking and soaking times slightly.
