Enjoy original Italian cuisine: bioladen*pasta is made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina using traditional methods in Lombardy. A.S.T.R.A. Bio, our pasta producer from Casteldidone, works closely with the IRIS cooperative - an organic pioneer in Italy since 1978 - where everyone works with great conviction and care to ensure the best product quality. Bronze molds are used for production. They give the pasta a rough surface that can absorb sauces particularly well. Gentle drying ensures that the pasta remains firm when cooked and is always perfectly al dente. A special quality that you can taste!
