Frying olive oil - can be heated to a high temperature with a fine olive note. Deodorized organic olive oil ideal for the hot kitchen This frying olive oil is a tasty alternative to conventional frying oils. It contains virgin and deodorized olive oil. The gentle treatment with steam makes the olive oil more heat-resistant. As a result, the mixture has a very high smoke point of 210 °C and also gives dishes a delicate, pleasantly fruity olive note.
