The exquisite fine cocoa comes from Latin America, where the high-quality Trinitario cocoa is grown according to strict organic guidelines and combined with the finest Bourbon vanilla in Switzerland to create this bar. This brings out the full aroma of these exquisite cocoa beans - without any added sugar. The secret of the fine melting texture and unique taste lies in the special manufacturing process: Using traditional Swiss craftsmanship, the chocolatiers use a particularly long conching process to create fine chocolate that melts in the mouth. As with all Naturata chocolates, the natural recipe contains only fair-trade ingredients from 100% controlled organic cultivation. No artificial flavors or emulsifiers!
