A chocolate of noble origin: the exquisite Trinitario fine flavor cocoa grows south-east of Costa Rica's capital San José. The cocoa beans are cultivated there by small farming families according to strict organic guidelines and processed in a gentle way. The composition of the finest Swiss whole milk and the high proportion of fine cocoa gives this dark whole milk chocolate a strong, full-bodied aroma, while the secret of its fine melting texture and unique taste lies in the special production process: Using traditional Swiss craftsmanship, the chocolatiers use a particularly long conching process to create fine chocolate that melts in the mouth. As with all Naturata chocolates, the natural recipe contains only fair-trade ingredients from 100% controlled organic cultivation. No artificial flavors or emulsifiers!
