Sprout freshness from Arche - seedlings and sprouts grow ideally in the small greenhouse. On two levels, each with a small drain, you can easily grow the delicious freshness yourself. Vitamin-rich sprouts straight from the windowsill! It is best to clean the sprouter with vinegar and a brush.
Instructions for use:1. soaking the seedsWash the seeds and soak for 4 hours (cereals and pulses 12-15 hours) with three times the amount of water. The seed quantities can be found in the table on the packaging.2. Spread the soaked seed in the bucketSprinkle each germination tray evenly with the prepared seed.3. Assemble the bucketPlace the two germination trays on the bottom tray. The drainage spigots should face each other so that the water can spread well.4. Covering the sprouterCover the sprouter with the lid during germination. A constant temperature of 20°C is ideal. Do not place the sprouter in direct sunlight.5. water regularlyRinse the seeds regularly with fresh water (water large seeds daily, small seeds every two to three days), making sure that the water drains off again and that the seeds are not constantly in the water.6. harvesting the seedlingsThe germination period can be found in the table on the germination chart on the packaging. The sprouted seeds are intended for immediate consumption, but can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Blanch lentils, chickpeas, yellow soybeans and bean sprouts for approx. 2 minutes before eating.7. cleaning the sprouterClean each bowl thoroughly with vinegar and a brush. The material is dishwasher safe. For hygienic reasons, however, the sprouter should be cleaned mainly by hand.Note: some sprouts form many fine, white threads. These are hair roots of the plant and not mold!
