Bio Ziegenkäse
For over 400 years, goats have been reared in the western part of the Pindos Mountains, grazing in the dry climate of the Tzoumerka National Park at an altitude of over 1200 meters. Our goat's cheese is traditionally made from fresh milk and matures for at least 3 months before it is packaged.
