Schwarzkümmelöl nativ
Black cumin was already considered particularly valuable in ancient Egypt. The oil pressed from it is very popular in both food and cosmetic applications due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and unique spicy taste.
The hot and spicy oil goes very well with oriental dishes and is ideal for refining dishes, e.g. salads, sauces and vegetable dishes or for pure use as a cure or mixed with honey or juice. 0.5 to 1.5 percent essential oils and is therefore very popular in aromatherapeutic applications. It is also recommended for external use, for example for inflammation or minor skin injuries.
