Top-quality, green-fruity organic Koroneiki olive oil from Messara in Crete from the Vardakis family. The olive groves at the foot of the Asterousia Mountains are located in the Apesokaris area, a small village in the Messara plain. Traditional cultivation is carried out with scientific support in order to produce excellent quality in a gentle way. Bottling under nitrogen means that there is no oxygen in the bottle and oxidation is prevented. The outstanding quality as well as the grassy aroma and green fruity taste are preserved. With the name Iphigenia for the olive oil, the Vardakis family honored a newcomer to their ranks with this very name.
