The classic -dry- pasta sauce like Nonna's contains vegetables and minced meat and is cooked slowly over many hours. If there's not enough time or your stomach is already growling, Beltane Biofix Pasta Asciutta will do the trick in no time with this finely balanced seasoning mix.

1. boil the spaghetti in salted water, grate the carrots and prepare the water.2. add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) together with the seasoning mix 1 (small sachet) to a pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their aroma, add the mince and fry well. Add the carrots and fry briefly. 3. Add the water, stir in the seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Stir occasionally. Fold in the pasta and serve hot.Tip: Replace the water with red wine and sauté the fresh garlic together with the carrots.
