Basisrezept:
Teig vorbereiten. Mit Tomatenpüree bestreichen. Belegen mit 500g geschnittenen Tomaten und 350g Mozzarella Scheiben. Mit Meersalz und schwarzem Pfeffer würzen. Anschließend frische Basilikumblätter darauf verteilen und mit Olivenöl beträufeln.
