Our full-bodied Assam tastes wonderfully rich. It is characterized by a balanced, spicy, malty note and a copper-coloured cup. The Indian province of Assam is known for its strong teas. India's oldest tea-growing region stretches across a plateau on the banks of the Brahmaputra. Tea of the highest quality grows here - carefully harvested by hand and refined in the whole leaf.

Preparation: Pour 80 - 90 degree hot water over 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and leave the tea to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
