Ölkännchen Griechischer Bergtee Sideritis Scardica, Aitoloakarnania GR 25g-Tüte
Oil can of Greek mountain tea Sideritis scardica: The Gkolezakis family's fields are located in the Aitoloakarnania region at an altitude of 450 to 500 meters. On four hectares, they mainly grow mountain tea of the Sideritis scardica variety. The tea is harvested by hand and dried in bundles, naturally without the addition of heat. The tea is therefore particularly aromatic and tastes sweet and fruity with notes of lemon, somewhat reminiscent of sweet sage. Pour boiling water over the flowers and stems and leave to infuse for four to five minutes. One or two cones per large cup make a very fresh and flowery-tasting tea, which can be enjoyed hot or cold, or with ice cubes and lemon in summer.
