We use the best Demeter soybeans for our soy flour. To produce flour, the soybeans are cleaned after harvesting and then roasted. Roasting neutralizes natural toxins. The beans are then ground with the utmost care and sensitivity to produce this full-fat flour. Soy flour tastes slightly nutty and is particularly rich in protein. It can therefore provide an extra portion of protein in baked goods. It is also suitable as a vegan egg substitute in baked goods and for binding patties.
